I have a problem!
Well I suppose I should write/ask in English, so I try.
I don't know what means "baggage outbound".
I wanna book eticket for a flight, and on the web site there is somthing like "baggage outbound".
I don't know is it extra luggage/backpack to the plane, or it's a baggage which i could take on the board?

inflection is an affix which marks grammatical properties such as number, person, tense, case. Example can be verb inflection for third person singular present tense +s
derivation in turn is the addition of a derivational affix (either a prefix or suffix) to a root producing new word with some changes (phonological, orthographic, semantic or word class). Example here can be the addition of a prefix un- (unlock, unfold) or suffix -ment (arrangement, judgement)
so while inflection is strictly connected with grammatical properties of a word, derivation produces new lexical meaning without grammatical change -
