Harry Poter is OK;) week ago i've read the da vinci code (in english). quite a nice book. I can also recommend "Eragon", and "eldest".
really fabulous books i've read are the princes diaries. Its absolutely superb!
Almost all books i've listed above (except the da vinci code) are mainly for teenangers- i, myself am 14. -

I don't like fantasy books. :( I like criminals. :) I like every book by J. Chmielewska. :) Especially "Nawiedzony dom". -

I simply luv every book of Meg Cabot. They r fantastic. My fave is "Boy next door". How cool. And I like Harry Potter, especially in english.
About British poetry: at real, I don't like Britain and British people (not every of them :P), and I h8 poetry, thats why I can't stand British poetry :) -

from maybe more popular literature i like john grisham, i've probably read all his books (legal thrillers) and harlan coben (just thrillers), i open them when i want to relax :)
and i'm a huge fan of tolkien.
but it's surely just a little piece of those i really enjoy reading. i've written what first came on my mind.
i don't like poetry, either polish or english.
i hardly ever have the chance to read books in english. the last thing was 'brokeback mountain' by annie proulx, just because i wanted to read it before seeing the movie and i couldnt find polish translation. but i enjoyed it; ) -
