RESEARCH CONSULTANT


The people who will join us will be responsible for supporting a team of consultants in realization of recruitment projects.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 direct search of candidates for various positions:
o identifying candidate sources (target companies, specific individuals);
o screening, assessing and recommending candidates to the consultants based on phone interviews;
 organizing face-to-face interviews both in our company and in our client’s organizations;
 preparation of reports on the status of a recruitment projects;
 maintaining the recruitment database;


REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS:

 interest in building a career in the HR consulting field;
 fluent French;
 very good English;
 knowledge of Dutch language will be a big plus;
 very good organizational and communication skills;
 energy, to-do-attitude and persistency;
